Greene County Clerk Records Search
Most public court-record lookup starts with Greene County's Case.net search instructions. Case.net is Missouri's statewide automated case management search for courts using the Missouri Court Automation Program. The county page states that users may inquire about docket entries, parties, judgments, and charges in public court cases.
Remote public document access is narrower than a full file room. Greene County's remote public access notice says certain public documents filed on or after July 1, 2023 can be viewed, downloaded, and printed through Case.net from a computer, tablet, or phone. Greene County Copy Requests
The Circuit Clerk accepts court-record copy requests in person, by mail, or by email. The official copy request page says some case types require photo identification before copies can be released. It also warns that files may be redacted under Local Court Rule or Missouri statutes, including RSMo 509.520 and RSMo 595.226.
The clerk does not send requested documents to a third party. If another person or business needs the copy, that requester must file the request with the office. Missouri attorneys must e-file copy requests when the case is on Case.net, and payments may be made through the e-filing system.

Greene County Court Payments
The Circuit Clerk accepts payment by phone, mail, website, or in person. The official payment page says mailed payments should be payable to the Greene County Circuit Clerk and sent to the Circuit Clerk address. Circuit Clerk Divisions Supported
Greene County's court site places the Circuit Clerk inside a consolidated court system with 19 divisions.
